* প্রত্যাবর্তন বিধানমালা:
আপনি যদি এমন একটি পণ্য যা শিপিং-এ পণ্য, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা আপনার খাবার পান করা পণ্য নয়, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে এটি এস বিডি শপকে ফেরত দিন এবং আমরা পরিবেশনের ব্যবস্থা করব। তবে কিছু শর্ত প্রযোজ্য। ঐগুলি:
১.লিভারি পার্সনের সামনে,ঢাকার ভিতরে অথবা বাহিরে পণ্য রিসিভের সময় কাল চেক করতে হবে।
২.যদি আপনি কোনো ত্রুটি খুঁজে পান এবং আপনি মনে করেন যে আপনাকে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে হবে, তাহলে যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব একটি পণ্য আনবক্সিং ছবি অথবা ভিডিও সহ "গ্রাহক রাজ্য"আমাদের কাস্টমার লাইভ চ্যাটে মেসেঞ্জারে অথবা ইমেল করতে পারেন অথবা হেল্পলাইন নম্বরকে জানান। অবিলম্বে তা ফেরত দিন। এবং আপনার অগ্রিম কার্ড অথবা ডেলিভারি মালিকানা পেমেন্ট করা থাকলে ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে বিডি বিডি তাপ আপনার ফোন নম্বরে এসএস ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।
৩. আমরা পন্য মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারি
৪.পণ্যটি স্বাতন্ত্র্য হলে তা পরের অবিলম্বে সঠিক কারণ আনবক্সিং ছবি অথবা ভিডিও বক্সের মূল্য স্টিকার যেভাবে যেভাবে মডেলটি বক্সে সেই বক্সে রাখতে হবে এবং জানাতে হবে প্রাপ্ত পণ্যের দিন থেকে ৩টি পণ্যের মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে। (ঢাকারউ)
পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অক্ষত হবে, তবে আলাদা হতে পারে (যদি পণ্যটি পরীক্ষা হয়)।
বা জড়ান পণ্য পরিবহন বা ফেরত নেওয়ার জন্য।
৫. গ্রাহক যদি নিজেরাই সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে না হয়।
৬.এবং ব্যতিক্রমী পরিস্থিতি পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই অবশ্যই মূল্য দিতে হবে।

* গুণকরণ:

আনবক্স নীতি :

* Return Policy:
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or not the product you ordered, please return it to SSBS BD Shop and we will arrange an exchange. However, some conditions apply. They are:
1. In front of the delivery person, the order must be checked at the time of receiving the product inside Dhaka or outside Dhaka.
2. The product must be intact, but there may be exceptions (if the product is damaged).

7. The original bill of sale must be returned with the product.
* Verification:
Once we receive your returned product, the product will be sent to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1-2 working days to verify the issue and if after verification it is found that the claim is valid, the product will be exchanged or refunded.
SSBS BD Shop will not be liable to exchange or refund if the claim is not valid.
* Change
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If an amendment is material, we will endeavor to provide at least 15 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.
